At 8 weeks prior to your booked date, I help finalize timelines, confirm details, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the venue is set exactly the way it needs to be. On event day, I oversee the flow of the schedule, manage venue setup and breakdown, and work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. My priority is to create a calm, organized experience so you can fully enjoy your day while we handle the details within our coordination scope.
