Overview:
Designed for social, family, and corporate gatherings, our Private Event Package provides flexible access to Farm 58 with indoor and outdoor spaces that can be customized to fit the style and needs of your event.
A professional event planner is not required for our Private Event Package. However, each event must have a designated event contact who will serve as the primary point person for planning decisions, details, and event-day logistics.
Prior to your event, our Farm 58 Event Manager, Polly, will work directly with your designated event contact to confirm venue-related details, review your event layout and vendor needs, and ensure Farm 58 is prepared for your event.
On the day of your event, Polly and the Farm 58 team will provide on-site Event Management and venue support, working alongside your designated contact and vendors to oversee Farm 58 operations and help your event run smoothly.
Package Specifics:
Available Days: any day of the week
Guest Capacity: 150 guests or more depending on seating style (all-seated, mixed seating, or cocktail-style configurations).
Cost: starting at $1,750 (additional hours are $500 per hour)
Includes:
Up to 4 hours of venue access (includes all vendor access, setup, event time, and cleanup)
On-site Event Management and venue support from Polly and the Farm 58 team
Setup and breakdown of Farm 58 tables and chairs
Catering prep space
Designated storage area for event items
Available Add-Ons:
Décor & Linens: Small assortment available for use (+$250)
In-house bar service options (pricing varies)
